Each order is carefully prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

1. Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods (launch events, promotions, holidays), a slight additional delay may occur.

2. Delivery times and areas

We deliver to mainland France , the European Union and internationally .
Average delivery times are as follows:

  • France : 3 to 7 working days

  • Europe : 5 to 10 working days

  • International : 7 to 15 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, carrier and local conditions (customs, weather, etc.).

3. Order tracking

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.
You can also check the status of your order at any time from your customer account.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on weight, destination, and delivery method chosen.
Delivery is free for all orders over €150 in mainland France.

5. Delivery delays or problems

DIVENIA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, customs services or circumstances beyond our control.
In case of damaged or unreceived package, please contact our customer service at divenia.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order.
DIVENIA cannot be held responsible for packages not delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. International Shipping and Customs Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import taxes may apply.
These fees, set by local authorities, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
